Easel Rental Service

Ebony London Art Studio provides professional easel rental services for events, workshops, exhibitions, and creative gatherings. Our rental inventory includes both standing and tabletop easels, maintained for quality and functionality. All rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit invoice.

Rental Options

Standing Floor Easels

  • Suitable for canvases up to 24" x 36"

  • Rental rate: $10 per easel (24-hour rental)

  • Minimum rental: 10 easels

  • Maximum rental: 20 easels

  • Suitable for canvases up to 18" x 24"

  • Rental rate: $5 per easel (24-hour rental)

  • Minimum rental: 20 easels

  • Maximum rental: 60 easels

Rental Guidelines

  • Pick Up & Drop Off Location: Extra Space Storage 3000 B St, Sacramento CA 95816

  • Credit/Debit Card Requirement: For rentals exceeding 10 standing floor easels or 20 folding tabletop easels, a valid credit or debit card is required. Through Stripe, our secure payment service provider, a temporary hold (authorization) will be placed for the total value of the rented easels. These funds will not be charged unless the easels are not returned or are returned damaged.

  • Inspection: Clients must inspect and count all easels at both pickup and return. Any missing or damaged equipment will be assessed and billed accordingly.

  • Extended Rental: Extensions beyond the contracted period must be approved in advance. Payment for additional rental days is required immediately upon approval.

  • Condition and Use: All easels must be returned in the same condition as received. Renters are responsible for preventing damage caused by improper use, exposure to weather, or mishandling during transport. Desktop easels are intended for painting events. The easels are in excellent functional condition but may have existing paint splatter.
