Easel Rental Guidelines
Pick Up & Drop Off Location: Extra Space Storage 3000 B St, Sacramento CA 95816
Credit/Debit Card Requirement: Via Stripe, a payment service provider, a hold is placed, (reserved) of the rented easels value. The funds will not be withdrawn (captured) unless the rented easels are not returned or returned damaged.
Rental Extension Request: Upon extension approval, payment is due immediately. The revised return date and time will be confirmed via email/text message.
Damaged or Missing Easels: During the pick-up, it is the client’s responsibility to count the number of easels and check each easel for functionality. During the return, Ebony London Art Studio will count each easel and check each easel for functionality. Easels are considered functional if all pieces (pieces listed on the signed Service Agreement) are accounted for and operative.
Desktop Easels: Desktop easels are intended for painting events. The easels are in excellent functional condition but may have existing paint splatter.
Book an Easel Rental
Please do not complete the following form unless you wish to proceed with the rental. If the desired rental time is available, we will send a response email that includes an invoice for a non-refundable rental deposit, which is half of the total rental cost. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup.
