Membership & Payment

Your Ear Art Club membership renews automatically each month unless a written cancellation request is submitted. Please note that no refunds or credits are issued for custom Ear Art that has already been created or shipped, as each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you.

Payment Method

All payments are processed securely through Square. A valid debit or credit card is required for automatic monthly billing. To complete your setup, please provide your full card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code. Monthly payments are processed after 2:00 p.m. on your contracted billing date. You will receive a payment reminder three (3) days prior to each scheduled charge.

Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, you will be notified via email or text message. To maintain your active membership status, a replacement payment must be submitted within 24 hours of notification.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any membership at our discretion. You may also cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, by submitting a written cancellation request. Should you decide to rejoin The Ear Art Club in the future, your new membership will be subject to the current rates and terms at the time of re-enrollment.

International Memberships

For members outside the United States, additional packaging and shipping costs may apply. These costs will be communicated after your first shipment and, if applicable, will be automatically included in your monthly payment thereafter.
