Corporate Painting Event

Our Corporate Painting Event offers a dynamic and engaging experience designed to inspire creativity, teamwork, and personal expression. Each participant receives a pre-sketched canvas aligned with the selected project, which can be customized to reflect their individual style. Participants then create personalized paint palettes and use a wide range of colors to bring their vision to life, resulting in a unique and personal work of art.

Included in the package is a Collaborative Painting Project, a single canvas designed for the entire team to contribute to. This shared artwork encourages communication, coordination, and collective creativity. As the painting comes together, it can be hung and displayed on the wall before the event concludes, providing an immediate visual representation of the team’s unity and collaborative spirit.

Corporate Painting Event Terms & Conditions

Ebony London Art Studio (ELAS)

1. Materials Provided

Ebony London Art Studio will provide all paints, canvases, brushes, and easels for the event. While ELAS maintains strict quality control standards, the quality of materials may vary from event to event and venue to venue due to supplier differences, venue conditions, and other factors beyond ELAS’s control.

2. Venue Setup Requirements

Tables & Chairs:
The Client is responsible for providing an adequate number of tables and chairs for all participants, plus one additional table for paints and supplies. Tables and chairs must be fully set up before the ELAS representative arrives. Because table sizes and shapes vary by venue, the Client is responsible for covering and protecting the tables. ELAS will provide individual place settings for each participant.

Water Source:
A water source must be located within 200 feet of the event area and accessible for filling standard-size water buckets.

Access to Venue:
ELAS requires access to the venue for setup at least three (3) hours prior to the event start time. For large-scale events, additional setup time—or access to set up the day prior—may be requested.

Lighting:
The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate lighting for the event. Most venues provide sufficient natural or artificial lighting for standard Painting experiences.

3. Artwork End Result

ELAS makes no guarantees or representations regarding the outcome or artistic quality of participants’ paintings. Each creation is unique, and variations are an essential part of the creative process. Clients should not expect exact replicas of the reference painting displayed on the website or promotional materials.

4. Event Timing

ELAS will be ready to begin instruction at the contracted start time and conclude at the contracted end time. Delays caused by late-arriving guests or other client-related factors will not extend the end time.

Extended Event Time:
If the Client requests an extension of the event beyond the contracted end time, an additional fee of $295 per hour will apply. Payment for the extended time is due immediately upon request.

5. Capacity Limitations

ELAS prepares materials based on the number of participants specified in the signed contract. Unplanned or additional participants may not be accommodated due to material and venue capacity limitations.

6. Intellectual Property & Unauthorized Use

All ELAS paintings, designs, and instructional content are original works created for exclusive use during ELAS events. Except for their individual artwork created at the contracted event, participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any ELAS painting, instruction, or related materials without written authorization. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and enforceable by law.

7. Contract Changes & Final Details

Final participant counts and all event details are due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Any changes made after this time are not guaranteed and may incur additional service fees.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

ELAS Cancellation:
If Ebony London Art Studio cancels the event, the Client will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

Client Cancellation:
If the Client cancels the event, ELAS will offer the option to reschedule. If the Client declines to reschedule, the deposit will be retained. The cost of materials purchased for the event will be deducted from any refund due—or billed separately if no refund is due. Purchased materials and corresponding receipts may be provided to the Client upon request.
