• Once the photo email is received, Artist Ebony London will respond within 72 hours. The response will include:

• Cost to recreate and payment method options

• Estimated completion date

• Shipping address request

• A photo of the recreated Ear Art will be sent before shipping.

• Some Ear Art canvas shapes and sizes may no longer be available. If applicable, Artist Ebony London will offer to create a new pair using a similar design.
